[1] General Provisions

1. Inter Art Committees. Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") plans, recruits for, and conducts the driver’s license training camp. Participating customers are required to enter into an agreement with the Company in relation to the driver’s license training camp (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement").
2. The details and conditions of the driver’s license training camp shall be in accordance with the recruitment advertisements, pamphlets, reservation confirmation documents, Travel Terms and Conditions, and the package tour contract section of the Standard Terms and Conditions for Travel Business (PDF)
3. The Company will manage the driving school attendance schedule by arranging the driving school, accommodations, means of transportation and other incidental services to ensure that you can start the training camp on the date specified by the Company.

[2] Application and Conclusion of the Agreement

1. The Company will treat your request as a training camp application if you specify the date of enrollment, driving school and type of driver's license and request the Company to make arrangements, and if, after confirming the Road Traffic Act, individual rules of the driving school, tour terms and conditions, availability, and, if the person attending the training camp is a minor, the consent of a person with parental authority, the Company notifies you that it agrees to make the arrangements.
2. The Company may execute the Agreement on a provisional basis by accepting part of the training fee as an application fee after your application. The application fee will be appropriated to part of the training fee or cancellation fee if the Agreement is cancelled.
3. Following your application, the Agreement shall be deemed concluded when, by the deadline specified by the Company, either the full training fee is received from you via one or more of the following payment methods or the payment method is confirmed:
   1. (1) For payment by bank transfer or in-store payment at a convenience store: when the Company confirms the payment;
   2. (2) For a driver's license loan: when your application for screening is completed and the credit company issues a loan acceptance notice to the Company; or
   3. (3) For payment by credit card: when the credit card company’s authorization procedure is completed.

[3] Application Conditions

1. You cannot suspend participation in the training camp or return home temporarily for personal reasons. However, with the permission of the driving school, the Company may allow you to do so by adding special conditions, such as payment of any difference from the training fee applicable at the time of re-enrollment and additional payment of transportation expenses.
2. If multiple customers apply together and then some of the customers either change or cancel the Agreement, the terms and conditions applicable to all other customers will also be changed.
3. If any of the following items applies to you, the Company will accommodate you to the extent possible and reasonable, but if it is not possible to do so, we may add special conditions or cancel the Agreement even after your application has been accepted or the Agreement has been concluded:
   1. (1) The Company learns that you have a chronic disease, mental or physical disorder, or allergy, or that you are or may be pregnant, and special consideration is required;
   2. (2) The Company learns that you have been subjected to an administrative penalty, etc. and your disqualification period has not expired; or
   3. (3) You fail to follow the procedures required by the Company, such as consultation on competent driving, examination by a doctor, etc.
4. If any of the following events occur, the Company will cancel the application and execution of the Agreement without any liability:
   1. (1) The Company determines that you may cause trouble to other customers or interfere with the smooth operation of the training camp;
   2. (2) The Company learns that you have a relationship with a member of an organized crime group, a quasi-member of an organized crime group, a person related to an organized crime group or an antisocial force; or
   3. (3) You make violent demands, unreasonable demands, use threatening language or violence or commit any similar acts toward the Company.

[4] Change or Cancellation of the Agreement before the Commencement of the Training Camp

1. You may change or cancel the Agreement at any time by paying the cancellation fee set forth in Table 1. Any change or cancellation of the Agreement will be accepted only within the business hours of the Company’s call center.
2. Any and all costs and expenses incurred in connection with any change or cancellation of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, cancellation fee for air tickets, ship/vehicle tickets and overnight stays shall be borne by you.
3. The Company will not be liable if you are late for the start date or time designated by the Company and are unable to attend the training camp. In such case, you will be deemed to have changed or cancelled the Agreement and the cancellation fee shown in Table 1 shall apply.

4. If the Agreement is changed or cancelled, the Company will refund the balance of the training fee or application fee already paid after deducting the prescribed cancellation fee, or charge you the prescribed cancellation fee by sending you an invoice if you use a driver's license loan, or by charging the authorized credit card company if you use a credit card. In such case, you will be responsible for the actual fees and costs associated with the refund.
5. If any of the following events occurs after the conclusion of the Agreement, you may change or cancel the Agreement without paying any cancellation fee. In such case, the Company will be responsible for the actual fees and costs associated with the refund.
   1. (1) The scheduled completion date is postponed due to the driving school’s circumstances;
   2. (2) The training camp fee is increased due to the driving school’s circumstances; or
   3. (3) The safe and smooth operation of the training camp is not possible or is extremely likely to be impossible due to a natural disaster, pandemic, riot or insurrection, terrorist attack, suspension of non-substitutable public transportation, or an order of a public agency.

[5] Change or Cancellation of the Agreement after the Commencement of the Training Camp

1. When you change or cancel the Agreement for personal reasons after completing the enrollment process at the driving school, the remainder of the training fee less the admission fee, course material fee, training fee for the training you attended, examination fee and other expenses to be borne by you will be refunded in accordance with the standards of the driving school.
2. If you are unable to continue the training camp due to injury, illness or any other reason after the commencement of the training camp, the Company may partially cancel the Agreement. If the Company is not responsible for such cancellation, you shall bear the expense for returning home, etc. due to the cancellation.
3. If it is difficult, or highly likely to be difficult, to continue the training camp smoothly due to your willful misconduct, negligence, violation of laws and regulations, acts against public order and morality, harassment, or violation of the driving school rules, the Company may cancel the Agreement even after the commencement of the training camp. In such case, you shall compensate for any damage in addition to the expenses prescribed in Paragraph 1.
4. The amount, method and timing of the refund in event the Agreement is changed or cancelled shall be subject to the rules of the driving school that you attend.

[6] Change of Schedule after the Commencement of Training Camp

1. The scheduled completion date that the Company will present to you in advance refers to the date when you can leave the driving school if you complete the entire training camp schedule specified by the driving school on time. If you fail to complete the scheduled training camp on time due to the results of your written test or driving test, or the cancellation of the training due to the impact of a natural disaster, etc., the completion date will be extended, regardless of the scheduled completion date. In such case, the Company will treat the matter as not being subject to the travel itinerary guarantee.
2. If the completion date is extended, you will be required to pay an additional training fee, etc. However, if additional fees, etc. are included in advance, or the completion date is extended due to the impact of a natural disaster, etc., your payment will not be required for up to the number of days or the number of times specified in the contract.
3. If the driving school administrator determines that you are not expected to complete the driving course or to pass the completion examination prescribed by the Road Traffic Act, and if you fail the written test for a provisional license three (3) times, your scheduled training camp will be suspended and you will be asked to return home temporarily. In such case, you will be responsible for the transportation fee.
4. In the case of the preceding paragraph, the resumption of your scheduled training camp after your temporary return home will be permitted after you agree to the special conditions newly presented by the Company, including, but not limited to, passing the provisional license test, payment of any difference from the training fee applicable at the time of resumption, and bearing additional transportation expenses.

[7] Change of Accommodations

1. Your accommodations during the training camp will be designated at the discretion of the Company from among equivalent facilities unless the name of the facility has been guaranteed by the Company in advance.
2. The Company may change your accommodations or guest rooms during the training camp. In such case, you will be requested to move to equivalent accommodations or guest rooms.
3. For purposes of the preceding paragraph, equivalent accommodations or guest rooms shall mean a facility with no significant difference in terms of the accommodation room’s space per person and ancillary facilities. The distance from the driving school, the surrounding environment, the age of the building, and the renovation period are not relevant.
4. In the case of an agreement under which guest rooms are occupied by one or more customers, the period that the rooms can be occupied shall be up to the scheduled completion date that the Company presents to the customers in advance. If you will participate in the training camp after the scheduled completion date, you must, as a general rule, share a room.

[8] Special Compensation

1. The Company will compensate you within the scope of Table 2 for damage caused to your life, person or belongings due to a sudden and accidental external accident during the period of your participation in the training camp, in accordance with the special compensation rules provided in the package tour contract section of the Terms and Conditions for Travel Business, regardless of whether the Company is liable for such damage.

2. If the cause of the damage to your life or person is attributable to your pre-existing illness or physical condition, such as brain disease, heart disease, digestive system disease, or shock symptoms; willful misconduct, violation of law, gross negligence, suicide, drunkenness, traffic offense, mountain climbing, diving, swimming, or entering prohibited areas/water areas or any other similar dangerous conduct; or earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis or any other accident associated therewith or caused by disorder, the Company will not pay the compensation or medical expense allowance set forth in this paragraph.
3. The Company will not pay compensation for damage to personal belongings set forth in this paragraph if the damage to your personal effects is caused by willful misconduct; violations of law; gross negligence, such as misplacement or loss; traffic offenses; defects or natural wear and tear of the covered items; external damage to the covered items that does not interfere with their functionality; earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis or any accidents associated therewith or any damage caused by disorder.

[9] Minimum Number of Participants and Tour Attendant

Unless otherwise noted, the minimum number of participants for a plan is one (1) person, and that for a couple’s plan is two (2) persons. A tour attendant will not accompany you for any of the plans.
